These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Korvall ("we," "us," "our"), including our automated text-message (SMS) reply service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Korvall provides custom software and automation for local businesses, including an AI text-messaging front door that answers and follows up with customers by SMS, and related communication tools.

SMS text messaging terms

You opt in to receive texts from us by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at korvall.com/contact.html, or by texting our number first, in which case we reply to your message. We do not send texts to people who have not done one of those two things.

Message frequency varies and is limited to replies and follow-ups about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for assistance. We honor opt-out requests immediately.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error, as delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korvall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
